The weeks are starting to fly by and before you know it four weeks have gone by. There have been some really special moments that have been possible as we have taken time to pull off the road, linger and appreciate the things around us. A friend sent me this poster the other week and it sums up many of the things I’m appreciating right now.
Cornwall was spectacular – it contrasts craggy cliffs with pastoral valleys, desolate moors with quaint villages and sandy coves with tropical gardens. I took the shot of the paraglider as we watched the sunset over Wheal Coates abandoned tin mine. What I love about the van is that you turn up in a place at the end of a day, normally as people are packing up to go home, and you get to enjoy it all to yourself.
Roll on week 5 and more time to appreciate the things we see around us.
